PHA Board Meeting
This is notice that the regularly scheduled PHA Board of Commissioners meeting on June 27, 2018 is cancelled. The PHA Board of Commissioners will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, June 20, 2018 at 9:00 am.
The PHA Board Meetings are held at the Central Administrative Office in the Boardroom on the fourth floor. The next regular business meeting will be held on July 25, 2018 at 9:00 A.M.
St. Paul PHA Public Housing Waiting List Opening: 2, 3, and 4 Bedroom Apartments for Families
The St. Paul Public Housing Agency (St. Paul PHA) will begin accepting online applications for family apartments with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms on May 14, 2018 and continuing until further notice. Applications are still accepted for 5-bedroom family apartments, and for 1-bedroom and efficiency apartments in PHA hi-rise buildings. (The waiting list is closed only for apartments with 6 bedrooms because that waiting list is very long now.) Click here for more information.

2018 PHA George and Nancy Latimer Scholarship Opportunity
The PHA is announcing a tuition scholarship opportunity for the 2018-19 academic year. Scholarships are for amounts up to $1,000 and are for tuition only. Applications are due by July 20, 2018.

Funding for the Public Housing Program is decreasing, at the same time public housing properties are aging and in need of many expensive repairs or improvements. The PHA is in the process of exploring options for more stable funding sources. At the same time, the PHA is also exploring ways to reduce costs.

Section 8/Housing Choice Voucher Landlord Orientation
Beginning June 1, 2015 the PHA will no longer accept rent payments at our Central Administrative Office. Rent payments may be paid by mail or online.
