Notice of Public Hearing - PHA Agency Plan
The Saint Paul Public Housing Agency (PHA) has drafted an Agency Plan for its Fiscal Year 2020 (beginning 4/1/2019) and amendments to its Agency Plan for the current year, in consultation with a Resident Advisory Board. A public hearing was held on Tuesday, November 13, 2018, 4:00 - 5:30 p.m. at 325 Laurel Avenue (Neill Hi-Rise), Saint Paul, MN.

St. Paul PHA Public Housing Waiting Lists Closing October 1, 2018
Beginning October 1, 2018 and until further notice, the St. Paul Public Housing Agency (PHA) will stop accepting applications for its public housing program. Effective on this date, the PHA will not be accepting applications for any bedroom size.
All applications received prior to October 1st will be processed according to the PHA’s approved policies. The policies include admission preferences for persons who live, work or attend school in the City of St. Paul, or who have been accepted for work or school in St. Paul; and for veterans, members of the armed services and their dependents.
The PHA will announce in advance when the waiting list will reopen for new applications.

Funding for the Public Housing Program is decreasing, at the same time public housing properties are aging and in need of many expensive repairs or improvements. The PHA is in the process of exploring options for more stable funding sources. At the same time, the PHA is also exploring ways to reduce costs.

Section 8/Housing Choice Voucher Landlord Orientation
Beginning June 1, 2015 the PHA will no longer accept rent payments at our Central Administrative Office. Rent payments may be paid by mail or online.
