Project-Based Vouchers: Development Applications
On January 25, 2023, the PHA’s Board of Commissioners approved offering 125 Housing Choice Vouchers, plus an additional 25 HUD-VASH vouchers, for project-based use. These vouchers will be offered exclusively through Minnesota Housing’s 2023 Consolidated RFP.
