Dunedin Terrace Family Development
88 two-, three-, four-, and five-bedroom apartments originally constructed in 1966 with interior and exterior renovations completed in 1992 and 1999. Buildings are brick two-story four-plex townhouses featuring free parking, semi-private yards, and playground areas for children. New kitchen cabinets and flooring were installed in 1999. A community center facility was added to the adjacent hi-rise in 1997 for use by residents in the family units.

Partners with Neighborhood house for collaborative programming such as open computer lab, basic computer training, online courses, job training courses and after school and summer youth programs. John J. McDonough Homes
592 one-, two-, three-, four- and five-bedroom apartments originally constructed in 1952, with additions made in 1959, 1965 and 2016. Buildings are two-story townhouses that feature free parking, semi-private yards, and playground areas for children. Major interior, exterior, and site renovation began in the fall of 2002 and were fully completed in 2010. An addition of two six-plex units were completed in 2016.
A full range of services for residents of all ages is available at the McDonough Community Center. Structures are two-story townhouses that feature free parking, yards and playground areas for children. The entire development was fully renovated including major improvements to the apartment interiors, building exteriors and site work. The final phase of this renovation was completed in 2002.
