As of August 10, 2020, all application updates must be reported using "Assistance Connect", the
St. Paul Public Housing Agency’s new applicant portal. The Assistance Connect portal can be found at www.assistancecheck.com.
Assistance Connect is a secure online portal that allows Public Housing, Multifamily, and Section 8 applicants to view and update information on their housing application. All applicants were mailed registration instructions for access to Assistance Connect. In order to use Assistance Connect, you must be an applicant and you must create an account using the PIN that was mailed to you.
